Return Policy For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or a refund based upon the original payment method. Please contact us by sending an email to info@cloutdominium.com stating the reason you would like a refund or exchange, and we will respond within 3 days. Upon receipt of email, we will send you a return note with a return address, and you will receive a refund or exchange within 14 days of us receiving the item.
